The Dress
The Helix gown is a masterclass in simplicity. The perfectly proportioned strapless neckline gives a slight hourglass look as the pleated silky satin flows down to the nipped in waist. This classic styling lets the fabric shine, and with nothing to interrupt the silhouette, length and elegance are emphasised. The only embellishments are the faux pearl buttons which close the back to add a touch of tradition.
This was my dream dress! Comfortable but so sophisticated. I only wore it for a few hours and then changed after first dance - it has been dry cleaned and has no stains. It was still a bit big on me even after alterations so may fit if your measurements are a bit bigger than the ones given.
