This dress is bought as a sample with ZERO alterations and NEVER WORN. Tags are still intact. I ended up buying another dress that is completely different style with this.
I am a size 4-6, with this dress being size 12 it is very versatile to be sized down for 1-3 sizes. The tulle at the front neckline is missing but it can be added back or worn without it.
