The Dress

This dress was customised to create a unique dress of my dreams. Customisations included a square neckline, less flowers on bust, added lining to the front of the bodice to provide more coverage and less skin appearance through the bodice. The back of the bodice remains partially transparent.
An American style bustle (over-bustle) remains intact and sits below bottom. Happy to provide photos on request.
The dress is standard size 8 top & 10 bottom. I am an 8-10. Measurements taken prior to manufacturing were: bust 88.5cm, waist 67cm, hollow to hem 143cm.
I am 167cm tall without shoes and wore an 8cm heel in the photos.
The dress has been professionally dry cleaned but has some minor dirt marks on the inside lining at the bottom of the dress. The very tip of the train has minor dirt marks at the back of the dress (approx 1cm at end of train). This is only visible on close inspection and is primarily on some of the 3D flowers at the end of the train which could easily be removed. No marks on the straps, bodice or length of the dress inside or out. Happy to provide photos on request.
This dress was so comfortable to wear and made me feel amazing. I received so many lovely comments on the day and online for months after. It was really easy to walk and dance in as the inside lining at the bottom of the dress is lined with horsehair making it move freely with movement. This also allowed the train to fall perfectly for photos. The dress also has an arm strap underneath to hold the train easily when walking between photo locations.
There is a little spare room around the hips and legs so i suspect this would fit a true size 10 or could be brought in for a smaller size.
