The Dress
Holey moley, this was my absolute dream dress! As soon as I saw it on the Alca Line Instagram page, I knew it was the one. Sparkly, low cut with an epic train - perfection!
The underneath of the dress is a nude coloured, floor length slip and on top is the piece-de-resistance - a low V-neck full length dress made of sequinned fabric of sequin circles, squares and flowers and seed beads. It also has an epic train for even more flair!
It was a delight to wear and was so comfortable, and when it caught the sunlight, it was glistening.
I honestly felt spectacular in this dress, and I hope that the next bride to wear it feels exactly the same.
It is in good condition, although there are a couple of holes along the bottom of the train. They are not too obvious but I have factored it into the proposed cost of the dress.
Alterations
I had the dress altered to have a slightly lower back, more room at the armpits so it didn’t rub, buttons added along the hemline as a bustle, as well as a hand loop.
