Oleg Cassini Ivory Dress - UK size 14 altered-in to fit a busty size 12.
I am 5ft 8" tall and wore 4.5 inch heels (so it would still work for almost any height).
Bought in [removed] (including underskirt). It has been professionally dry cleaned and has no marks on it and no damage (I only wore it for my ceremony and then changed into another dress for my reception).
