The Dress

I purchased this dress from Stillwhite in 2023. The original bride purchased it from Lovely Bride in West Village, NYC in 2013. It has been worn twice in the last decade and still looks elegant and is in great condition!
I felt beautiful in the dress, and it was very easy to move around in.

The train is somewhere around a court/chapel length. The multiple cloth covered buttons on the back made it possible for me to raise the bustle for easier dancing. I danced all night and never had to worry about tripping on the dress.
The designer bustle is a little lower but very elegant and can be seen in the 3rd picture.
I liked the options this dress offered.
The lace cap sleeves were added and can be removed for a strapless look.
The original bride wore a bridal sash in her photos, which looked great on her!

The lace covered buttons on the back conceal the zipper, which keeps the buttons laying in a straight line and makes dressing easier.

The dress has been dry cleaned by an eco-friendly cleaner and stored in a bridal dress box in my smoke-free home. I still have the hanging bag that I purchased the dress in, which I will provide for the next bride.
I was quite happy with this dress, but I have limited storage space in my home now, so I'm eager to sell this gown to someone who will be just as pleased with it as I was. I wore a veil embroidered with flowers in an assortment of colors: copper, pink, emerald, off-white, sky blue, and navy. I can include it optionally. It was purchased new, separate from the dress. There are lots of ways to style the dress in your own way.

Alterations

I had a seamstress reinforce the loop on the bustle because it had frayed a bit and cinch in the sleeves because I was not quite as tall as the original bride.
The original bride had the lace cap sleeves added and the boning altered to fit her chest.
