The Dress

This is the beautifully sophisticated, figure-flattering Alice dress by Pronovias. Made of luxurious ivory satin, the dress is a v-neck with a zip up back and flattering and structured boning/ruching throughout the bodice. The skirt of the dress is fitted through the waist approximately to the mid/upper thigh (depending on your height) with a fit and flare/trumpet skirt. This silouhette gives you the perfect shape, hugging you in all the right places. I was very comfortable all day and danced all night. It is incredibly elegant for any aged bride.

I am 5'6", athletic 160 pounds and a C cup. The bridal salon ordered a size 14 which I had altered down to hug my curves, and I added additional cups to the bust for a better shape.

Note: I had the train removed so there is no train or bustle.

I wore 3" heels and the dress came down just over the top of my shoes so you could see them peeking out when I walked but not when standing still for photos.

It was dry cleaned, and there is a slight color fade on the left shoulder strap as shown in the photos.
