This is a strapless white dress with tulle and a sweetheart neckline. The tulle has small white polka dots all over. I am 5'5". The dress has a white ribbon under bust line. The ivory ribbon with flowers seen in the photos is not included.
Alterations done for bustling to pull the train of the dress up if wanted. Worn once and in very good condition. It's been dry cleaned and kept in a preservation box.
