Has a loop to use as a bustle by attaching to a button on the back of the dress.

Hips - 37 inches
I've had the dress professionally dry cleaned and it is in excellent condition. There are a few stains in the frills underneath the dress (happy to supply pictures on request), however these are not at all noticeable when worn.
