The Dress

I found the gorgeous Blake/Prea combination dress from Karen Willis Holmes in Armadale after originally having a dress made elsewhere and it not turning out how I had hoped.

The dress was purchased in February 2017, made and altered within 4 weeks for my Wedding on 4th March 2017.

The colour of the gown is a crisp white and was an absolute dream to wear on the day. It's bodice is structured and the cups have been fitted with bust enhancers which are easily removed. Prior to the dress being made, I altered the pattern slightly and had the back of the bodice lowered to appear more flattering. The skirt is fitted around the thigh, with a centre split starting at knee height. It has a small train which is easily bustled up for dancing! To give you an idea of length I am 157cms and wore 12cm heels on the day.

I wore a single tier veil, also purchased from KWH, which I am happy to include with the dress if you would like it.

The dress and veil have been dry-cleaned at Syndals in Armadale, Melbourne.

Hopefully, she can make someone else feel as beautiful as I did.
