The Dress

My dream dress!! I hope this dress goes to someone who will love wearing it as much as I did for our special day.

Jenny Packham Portia dress, purchased new at Bisou Bridal. Dress sold for $5000 + tax = $5600 CAD. I also paid $375 for Alterations + $500 professional drycleaning (almost $6500 total). I had the hem finished with a nice marrow stitch and it looks awesome.

I am 5'4, and wear a size 4 or Small at most clothing stores, so you can gauge fit, however this dress looks great on a range of figures.

Worn once for my wedding in August 2016 and my friends and family still tell me how much they loved my dress.

Minimal alterations...hem is marrow stitched and slip underneath sheath is stitched to match the neckline of the dress. Also, there is added bustle to the back. On wedding day there were a few tiny snags to the mesh along the back train, however, they were stitched and repaired at the time of drycleaning. They are only noticeable if you are looking for them.
