The Dress

This stunning Wendy Makin gown was bought on impulse as a sample from Wendy Makin in Brisbane. It has a stunning lace bodice with a beautiful light and flowing tulle skirt. It can be worn with a hoop (as shown in the first photo) or without to be a more flowy and romantic look. Unfortunately, I didn't end up wearing this gown on my big day - so this gown is still waiting for its moment in the sun! It has not been altered in any way. Because it was a sample, it does have some discoloration around the fastenings and the inner lining - however a spot dry clean would sort this out very easily! I am 5"5 and a size 10-12. It generally fit me without any need for alternations (other than the length!) Please note: the photos are not of me in the dress but of this dress being worn by other brides. A simply stunning dress perfect for a beautiful spring garden wedding! I am happy to post the dress if needed. I have priced this at half of what I paid for it and considering it has never been worn it is a steal! Drop me a line!
