The Dress

Firstly, let me say congratulations! You are embarking on an amazing journey and I'm so grateful you're considering this gown as an addition to your most important day. This wedding dress is meant for a bride who wants to have fun, dance, eat and be merry; all while feeling and looking gorgeous. The dress feels amazing on, with support in all the right places and a forgiving a-line fit around those traditional "trouble spots". I have never felt more beautiful or more me than I did on my wedding day, in this dress.

This gown features a plunging neckline, straps, and a low back. Intricately designed, Nicolet’s bodice perfectly combines lace, rose gold sequins, and ruched chiffon. The skirt is cut on the bias using almond chiffon which flows effortlessly from the waist to the floor. The gown is tied together with a blush silk bow, which is both elegant and dramatic.

The bodice is constructed with two sets of interfacing and is fully boned to give structure and support. I wear a 36DD bra size, and did not need a bra as the bodice had enough support for my chest. The back has been customized into a corset, offering added flexibility for sizing.

The dress has been shortened and the chest has been sized to a DD. I purchased a blush silk sash from the designer which ties into an elegant and dramatic bow, as well as altered the back from a zip to a corset.
