The Dress

This is a beautiful dress with a slim, flattering silhouette and vintage style lace. It has enough fabric at the base for a lovely small/round train for photos, but not too much to manage on the day. It is a two-piece dress, with a 'latte' coloured silk underlay to wear under the lace overlay, giving the overall dress a cream-coloured appearance (not bright white).
It has had some slight alterations to the back and shoulders to fit, a bustle has been attached, and the length was altered slightly to skim the floor for me wearing 2 1/2" heels (and I am 167cm tall).
I wore mine with a chocolate brown sash to match my groom (sash not included), but I shopped around and loved the way that the look of this dress could be changed entirely by different coloured/style belts/sashes.
I purchased mine from Newcastle Bridal House (NSW, Australia), and it was also named 'Marilyn' (in addition to Allure 8903).
A beautiful dress which will make you feel just gorgeous.
