The Dress

Brand new, unworn, with dress bag and box.

I bought this dress from another seller on Stillwhite for my wedding in New Zealand, but after breaking both of my wrists just before my wedding day I decided to change my outfit. This dress is so elegant - my casts totally ruined the look!

I bought the dress unworn & in it's original box (the other bride also wore another dress), so the dress has still never been worn, and still has original packaging. I had it dry cleaned to get rid of the normal creases it arrived with. I am 5'9 / 175cm and a size 2-4US / 6-8AUS (more on the 4US /8AUS size). I am smaller on my arms, shoulders, chest and waist with bigger bum and hips - the dress is fitted on me, and gives a great silhouette shape. At my height the dress sits just above the toes at the front and trains as shown in the photos at the back. I would say this is perfect for someone who is 5'7' / 170cm. If you're small chested like me, you can probably get away without needing extra bra support. Though silk, the material has some strength and feels somewhat supportive when it's on (I hate my bum, this felt good).

I love this dress, I was so sad not to wear it on my wedding day - it's so elegant and unfussy and gives such a 'wow' feeling when you put it on. So, I'm keen for it to go to a happy home!
