The Dress

The dress is an off-white (more cream than ivory) simple strapless slim a-line with a train. It is not too tight and falls nicely from the hips down (so you won't be wabbling around). It looks like silk and I thought it was, until I just read the label! No alterations were made as I bought my dress only a month before the wedding - it felt like an elegant party dress until I put on the veil and then voila - a wedding dress! With the right accessories I think it really is lovely and romantic. It is strapless, despite the photos (I wore the removable spaghetti straps at the wedding, which I regret! I also regret not wearing my hair down - oh well!) The corset has a long set of buttons along the back down to your sit bone, and flower detailing on the hip. I am 58 and wore 1 heels. Easy to wear and dance in - no one needs to help you go to the bathroom either! Lots to consider when choosing the right dress - good luck and congratulations on finding love :)

The dress has not been dry cleaned (spot cleaned along hems and bodice) and can be prior to selling. If you prefer to do the dry cleaning yourself - we can negotiate this and I can send the dress as is.
