The Dress

THE REASON:

My beautiful couture wedding gown was designed by myself and the talented Brides by Design. The dress was designed to accentuate my figure pulling me in in all the right places. I had 100s of compliments on the day and after the wedding about how my dress was one of the most beautiful dresses people had seen. It is wasted in a box which is why I would love to see my gown make another girl feel as special as I did.

THE DRESS

Couture custom made gown from Brides by Design New Romance collection. A truly luxurious gown for the bride that wants to feel like a queen. The handcrafted beaded and tule gown made from the finest in European silks and appliqués features a split up the front and a low back showing just enough skin. The split can be altered if more coverage of the legs is preferred. The height was perfect for me. The bodice is padded to compliment the bust and softly boned to pull in the waist but comfortable enough to dance the night away. I am an 8 top and an 8-10 bottom and the dress fitted like a dream. The lace used for this dress is now sold out and not available to buy. I customised this dress by adding mesh to the back to create a slimming, lengthening effect and straps for further push up support to the bust which were also hand beaded. The dress is made with the finest material to highlight curves and slim the body in all the right places with the hand beading adding some luxury.

The dress can be bustled for extra movement which I never did as I loved the feature of the long train and never found it restricting. The dress is in an immaculate condition.
