The Dress
Bought the dress new April 2012 and just picked it up from alterations yesterday (August 2012). This dress has NEVER BEEN WORN. I am less than a year postpartum and found this fit very flattering for my new curves however am not as curvy as I was in April!
This dress has been altered so please see the measurements. I had to buy a size 14 to fit my nursing ta-tas. Altered to fit size 41.5 bust, 38 waist, 42 hips.
It has been hemmed to wear with flats (I am 5'6) and has a gorgeous bustle added to it that has a wonderful snap closure that is very easy to work.
I had beading from a 300$ belt whip stitched under the bust, it can very easily be removed without leaving any marks.
The dress was purchased from Sinders and altered at Layseing in Ottawa. In dress bag new with tags. Can provide original receipts (purchased for $1265, altered for $350)
